2. Service Booking and Delivery

• Service requests submitted through the website or WhatsApp are subject to technician availability.
• While we strive for same-day service, specific arrival times cannot be strictly guaranteed due to traffic and previous job complexities.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our technicians.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Inspection and visitation charges may apply if a technician visits your premises and diagnoses the issue, but you choose not to proceed with the repair.
• All prices for spare parts and labor will be communicated transparently before the final repair is executed.
• Payments must be settled immediately upon completion of the service visit unless an ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) dictates otherwise.

4. Warranties and Replacements

• Any warranty on replaced spare parts (e.g., RO membranes, AC compressors) is governed strictly by the original manufacturer's terms.
• Seth Sanwariya Enterprises provides a limited service warranty on our labor, valid for a timeframe specified on your service invoice.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alwar.
